1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the sa88 platform, including its website and mobile application (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

sa88 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. These Terms are written in Philippine English and are intended for players based in the Philippines. All platform transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

2 Eligibility

To register and use sa88, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of sa88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an sa88 account suspended or permanently closed due to a terms violation.

sa88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Players who register while ineligible may have their accounts closed and any funds held pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on sa88. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. If you already have an existing account, do not create a new one – instead, contact support to resolve any access issues.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real full name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth that confirms you meet the 21+ age requirement. Using false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may lead to account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. sa88 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately through the Platform.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) and OTP verification are available on sa88 and are strongly recommended. Enabling these features adds a meaningful layer of protection to your account, particularly when withdrawing funds or making changes to your registered details.

Account names are fixed at registration and must match the name on your payment accounts. Mismatches between your sa88 account name and the name on your GCash, Maya, or bank account will result in withdrawal delays until identity verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on sa88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you request to withdraw is what you receive through your chosen payment channel, subject to processing timelines.

sa88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment channels:

• GCash – deposit and withdrawal via your registered GCash account.
• Maya – deposit and withdrawal via your registered Maya account.
• Philippine Bank Transfer – direct transfer to and from major local banks.

The payment account you use must be registered under the same name as your sa88 account. Third-party deposits – where the sender's name does not match your registered account name – are not accepted and will be returned. This policy is in place to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. sa88 reserves the right to adjust these limits based on account standing and verification status.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC will need to submit valid Philippine government-issued identification and complete the verification process before their first withdrawal can be processed. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

sa88 offers promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. The general rules in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.

Bonuses are credited to your sa88 account and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or moved to another account. Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. Any wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.

Each promotion is intended for personal use by one eligible player per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

sa88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is found to have been exploited through irregular play patterns or in combination with other promotions in a way not intended by sa88, we reserve the right to void the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on sa88 – including casino slots, table games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets – are governed by the rules specific to each game type. These rules are accessible within each game or betting section on the Platform.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on sa88, you accept that outcomes are determined by chance (for casino and live casino games) or by the result of the relevant sporting event (for sports betting). sa88 does not guarantee any particular outcome and does not endorse or promote any strategy claiming consistent returns.

In the event of a technical fault – including but not limited to server errors, connection interruptions, or software malfunctions – bets that were not fully placed or games that did not complete as intended may be voided. sa88 will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis with the aim of arriving at a fair resolution for the player.

Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the case of abandoned or rescheduled events, specific settlement rules will apply and are outlined in the sports betting section. Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within seven (7) days of the event.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such errors must be reported to support and not used deliberately.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or attempting to bypass KYC verification through fraudulent means.
• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Abusing the support team or engaging in any threatening or abusive behaviour toward sa88 staff.

sa88 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. If an account is flagged, it may be suspended pending investigation. We will communicate with the relevant player during this process and aim to resolve confirmed cases promptly.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from sa88. Unauthorised use of sa88's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Third-party game content and providers retain their own intellectual property rights. sa88 operates as a platform and does not claim ownership over content provided by licensed game studios and sports data providers.

11 Limitation of Liability

sa88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sa88 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from gaming outcomes, which are determined by chance.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
